Generally, fields that does not have a valid entry will be marked in red. Hovering over the field marked with red will indicate the problem with it.
- Fill out all required field(s) marked with red color and asterisk (*)
- Check the fields containing numbers. If division by zero is in calculation, change the value of divisor
- Check if there are any fields with incorrect entry, such as letters in the number field
- Check if decimal numbers are entered with dot (.), not comma (,)
- If the record is still invalid, contact your CS Manager to solve the issue
