Getting familiar with client’s needs and implementing them in Alchemy
Communication with clients via mail, video calls and in person
Client support: quickly discovering and resolving the issues
Client activity monitoring
Research trending technologies in use
Participate in product development by providing useful insights
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Technology Engineering
Relevant work experience in chemical industry
Proficiency in English language
Strong communication skills
